Philosophy:

The one very important thing we stress everyday when we step on the ice with any goaltender at any level is that we want to aim to be the smartest athlete on the ice. This leads to a very quick, effective and efficient athlete. Making good decisions on save selection or leaving our feet for example. We like to see our goalies compete with urgency, finding a way to make the save and not just rely on technique. We see many goalies these days relying on technique and blocking characteristics and eventually lose their ability to improvise or scramble when needed. We Learn to manage the crease with dynamic power and movement with a purpose.

These are some of the key teaching points we touch on day after day.
